Please note that items in your shopping cart on our website are not reserved until your order is fully paid and approved by us. Availability of specific items may be indicated on the website or through our call center, but please be aware that this information is an estimate and may not be up-to-date due to the high volume of transactions on our site. We cannot guarantee that an item displayed as available in stock when added to your cart will still be available when you place your order. If this happens, we will notify you and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

To ensure our customers have the opportunity to obtain the items they want, we offer early access to selected collections and sets before their official launch. Once you place your order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and work diligently to secure the items for you. Upon receiving the items, we will notify you and verify that the item will be prepared and sent for delivery. If we are unable to obtain the items, we will notify you and refund the amount paid to your original payment method in accordance with our return policy. Debit and credit cards and Apple Pay installments are the only accepted payment methods for pre-ordered items; cash on delivery and PayPal are not accepted. Pre-ordered items can be canceled before delivery. If the pre-ordered item is approved for return by us, it will be refunded as store credit at Luvlly.

Cancellations and modifications to your order can be made at any time before the order is marked as "processed" in our order tracking system on our site. You have the option to contact us directly or use the site to request a cancellation or modification. Based on your request, we will take the necessary steps to accommodate your changes.

We offer two options to resolve your order issue. The first option is to cancel the order at no cost to you and refund the full amount. The second option is to make specific modifications to the order, considering stock availability and any necessary price adjustments. Please note that if the order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel or make changes to it. In such cases, you can follow the approved return procedures described by the brand (online store) and our procedures to get a cash refund. Alternatively, you have the option to place a new order for the desired items.

We have an opportunity to offer free gifts when you make purchases from our prestigious brands. This special offer is exclusively available for orders that include items from participating brands. The offer tag includes a comprehensive list of brands selected for this promotion. It is important to keep in mind that gift availability is limited and will be distributed based on priority of orders and stock availability. There may be regional restrictions and minimum spending requirements. It is worth noting that if the gift is not returned with the purchase made with the order or does not meet the approved return conditions, including packaging condition, the purchased items in that order will be non-returnable according to the brand's policy.

If you would like to place your order as a gift, we offer gift boxes and gift wrapping services. Simply select the gift boxes and gift wrapping option at checkout to take advantage of this service. However, please keep in mind that this service is not available for furniture or large items. You have the option to either have the items in your order wrapped as a gift or include gift boxes and wrapping with your order. The cost of the gift wrapping or gift boxes service will be added to the total price of your order and will appear at checkout. Please note that the fee for this service is non-refundable, even if you decide to return the order.

To include gift cards and gift messages with your order, simply select this option during checkout. We offer this complimentary service at no additional cost. If you are using a debit or credit card, there are several ways to enter payment details on our website. We offer the option to scan your card using your mobile device's camera. The information obtained will be securely encrypted and transferred using the same security measures we use to ensure your privacy during manual card entry. It is important to know that the scanned card information is not stored on our website. Additionally, if you have registered a new card through the manual entry method, this information will not be stored on our website. Only the last four digits of your registered card will appear for verification purposes during the checkout process. Once payment is successfully processed and approved by the card issuer, your card will be charged for the amount of your order, including applicable taxes and fees. If the payment cannot be authorized by the card issuer for any reason, we will not be able to complete your order, and we will notify you accordingly.

We accept payments via Apple Pay and will process your payment upon placing your order. Your card will be charged once the payment is processed and approved by the card issuer. The payment amount will include the total price of the order, applicable taxes, and fees. If the payment cannot be authorized by the card issuer for any reason, we will not be able to complete your order, and we will notify you accordingly.

If you choose to pay via installments through Apple Pay, the terms of use will be governed by the Apple Pay platform and the card issuer.

When you choose the Cash on Delivery payment method, your order will be confirmed and processed once you place it. You will need to have the exact cash amount to pay the delivery agent upon receipt of the order. The payment amount will include the total price of the order, applicable taxes, and fees. Please note that we only accept cash payments in local currency.
